Piotr Wawrzyniak studied Law at the Adam Mickiewicz university in Poznan, Polen, where he graduated in Polish Law. He also studied at the Mannheim University in Germany and the Tilburg University in Amsterdam where he followed several courses in Law and Economics.

In 2008 he started working as a Lawyer at Kennedy van der Laan at the section Corporate Law.

Piotr is connected with Schelstraete Lawyers since april,2011. His experience and interest in the following branches of law: Mergers and takeovers, Joint ventures, Private equity, Corporate Governance, Banking and Finance and also Corporate litigation.

If necessary, Piotr would like to help you finding a suitable lawyer in Poland and guides the procedure from the Netherlands. Besides that, he often gives advice to Polish entrepreneurs and employees in the Netherlands and Dutch entrepreneurs who want to do business in Poland.
