European Equine Lawyers is the international trade name for Schelstraete Advocaten B.V., located in Tilburg, the Netherlands.

Our lawpractice was founded on 1 December 1989 by Luc Schelstraete, LLM (1960) who completed his Dutch Law degree programme in 1985 at the University of Tilburg. He has continued to work as an attorney ever since. Schelstraete Advocaten is primarily active in two fields:

• Equine Law
• Company Law

This site is dedicated entirely to European Equine Lawyers and Schelstraete Advocaten’s Equine Law Practice. Via this site, we hope to familiarise you with our international Equine Practice.
