Mw. Mr. E.J. van Bussel

After her secondary school education, Ellen van Bussel (1981) completed the NHD Master Class (programme for professional equestrian sports) in 1991 in Deurne, obtaining her international instructor’s diploma.  

During the period from 1999 to 2003, she ran her own jumping and trade stable, after which she enrolled in the Dutch Law programme at the University of Tilburg in 2003. She graduated from this programme cum laude in the summer of 2007, and has been employed by Schelstraete C.S. Advocaten since November of 2007. 

With respect to the law practice, Ellen is mainly active in the field of equine law as well as company-law litigation. Within the equine law practice, Ellen advises companies and private individuals on matters involving the equestrian sport, and assists them in civil suits.
